PRIM REQUIREMENTS:
# The whole set-up = 14 prims
# Pop-up balloons = 10 prims (prim life 30 sec.)
# So total prim requirement = 24 prims
# Once the show is over, only the base spiral balloon set remains which is of 9 prims
