Not a scam as per se...
Items are double boxed(which is annoying and stupid) and are not as shown in the pictures. They are also low quality mesh and not really worth using.

This is not a scam
I purchased the item directly from the marketplace myself and it was delivered. When rezzed it is a prim with the picture on it. Inside of that prim is a box that contains all of the contents as promised. It's a lot of items and this was how I boxed it up.
Do not buy this is a scam!
All it is is a sign that shows the picture nothing to put out in a store!
