Genie's Random Wand is a magical device that will attempt to force wear one random selected folder from it's targets #RLV directory.
Just hold it in your right hand and enter mouse-look.
The wand will fire off a ball of energy that will trigger this effect on the first person it strikes within about 20 meters.
*** How it Works ***
For this item to function the target must be using RLV and have an active relay.
When the target is hit (withing 20 meters) the wand will random select one folder from all of the folder inside the targets #RLV folder.
It will the then check to see if that folder contain any sub folders.
If none are found, or only folders beginning with "." or "+" are found it will attempt to force the target to wear the first folder.
Otherwise it will again pick at random one of the folders found within the first folder and repeat the process.
The wand will trigger a folder up to 2 sub-folders deep (example: #RLV/Restraints/Gags/RingGag could be triggered or just #RLV/~Statue could be triggered)
