Lower Li Than advertised. Texture mapping makes modding problematic

So it's a nice looking dome with even lower Li then advertised. Only reports 12li when rezzed.

However, the one downside is the frame and the panels are all mapped to the same texture face.. I was hoping I could change the textures and make the panels translucent while leaving the frame intact.. but that's unfortunately not possible without making the frame translucent as well.
