The house is, as would be expected, imposing and includes a pool and terraced outside area along with two conservatories.
A free add-on garden comes with the house for those who do not wish to make their own. The garden will increase your LI from 217 to 249 if you choose to use it.
The steps and portico lead to an entrance lobby with stairs to the upper floors.
The house has been furnished to demonstrate how it might be arranged but all furniture is NOT included in the sale.
Three rooms downstairs - two with conservatories and of a size that befits the building. Both have period fires that can be controlled for intensity smoke and sound.
The main stairs split to lead to either side of the house.
Upstairs again three more rooms, one furnished as a dressing/bathroom and the master bedroom complete with balcony. The room at the rear is large and includes a fire.
A separate set of stairs lead to the top floor where rooms are made even more interesting by the sloping roof profile. This again is a feature of the Georgian style.
Throughout the house you will find dozens of windows. The whole house is light and airy.
Details such as cornices and plynths are modelled and not simply textured. So too the fireplaces. Although arguably this creates more land impact I think you will find the quality and realism make any such minor loss unimportant.
Outside steps lead to a terrace complete with pool. Ample space for loungers and parasols and easy access though a conservatory or from the garden area.
The house is large enough to make SL camera viewing uninterrupted and a natural experience.
Doors may be changed to open for owner, group and named avatars if required.
Please note the footprint is approximately 40 by 32.
When rezzing the rez box will be just in front of the portico and the house will rez to the East of it.
The optional free add-on garden will require rezzing in the same way as the house and its rez box will appear automatically.
The house comes as copy and mod. You are free to take sections and modify them, remove fires, the tree etc to use elsewhere.
