It's a small HUD (just a primis), which is the button that turns on and off the "followers".
For those who do wonder what is this "Ghost Follower", it is a object that is not allowed to be selected and it also can't be detected by collision.
In our case you must wear the HUD then you will rez the object with a click on the HUD that represents the button,
the button turns red and the "Ghost Follower Full Sim" is rezed.
After you rezed it, the object will point all avatars in the sim at that time excluding the owner,
rezing one "Ghost Follower" for each one of them.
A second click delete the "followers", the button changes to white and you are back free to rez again.
