when an avatar comes within range of the object, the ghost appears with animation + sound (thunder + scream).
The object box can be hidden when touched, so no one can tell when a ghost suddenly screams and thunders in front of you.

Open the "SensorRezz" script and edit line 0 to change the rez position.
