It is modifiable, just not the scripts.
~ Mild Caution ~
Do to the use of a ghosting script it is advised not to unlink the store. main reason is the sculpted edged of the stored are phantom to prevent enlarged bounding box from hindering you. You can if you like just phantom the sculpts again afterwards,
also the door will reset and act strangely afterwards.
