Basic Cottage: well detailed build in stone, wood and straw roof, with leaded glass windows.
Circa 8x17 meter footprint, fits easily the smaller parcels and is suitable for any medieval or rustic environment.

Structure prim count is 15 + 2 for the door.
Plus, there is a nice decorative Ivy (5 prim) and a 1 prim fence. Everything is modify/copy.

The cottage is unfurnished, but in store you can find rustic low prim furnitures to put inside.
