oh well folks Christmas is getting nearer
this build is 30x 20 footprint it has 3 floors
it is 128 prims unfurnished
i provided some furniture which is boxed separate was primy so its your choice if you want to use it, it is 216 prims with it
hope you have a very merry Christmas and enjoy my build

Omg, this house made me want gingerbread men... Really well build awesome for Christmas! 10 stars!!
