Glass Bullet Hole Set - Full Perm
Bullet Holes for Glass Windows.
This is a bullet hole texture and applier set that can be applied like a decal or overlay onto an existing window in your sim. It is created from a small low-lag 128x128 px texture which is rotated at various angles to make it not obviously repeating. Included is a set of mesh appliers that allow you to easily place 1 to 3 bullet holes onto your windows using 1 prim or less. Copy and modify permission means you can create as many bullet holes as you desire, from a single hole to a machine-gun-pattern of holes stretching across the window. There are two applicator styles included, holes visible from both sides of the window, or holes that are only visible on one side.
The use of a single small texture (only 69 kb) and mesh applicators are what sets this product apart from other similar bullet holes in SL. Low lag is the advantage of using mesh applicators rather than the old-fashioned texture on a prim method (which requires at least 3x more bandwidth to display.)
Included in this set are 4 full-perm mesh bullet hole applicators:
* A single hole only visible from one side of the window. 0.5 LI.
* A single hole visible from both sides of the window. 0.5 LI.
* Three bullet holes visible from one side of the window. 0.5 LI.
* Three bullet holes visible from both sides of the window. 0.8 LI.
Also included is the 128x128px bullet hole texture should you want to make your own applier.
Note: the texture and applicators are full perm for your convenience, however you may not sell or distribute them as is. (Full license details included in the package.) You may use it as part of a derivative product, such as a sim you build for someone, or as part of a window and frame that you sell, etc. Just don't distribute it "full perm" or "as is". Thanks for respecting my work!
Have fun!
