[GlobalChat] Sim chat system Version 1.3

Are you a sim owner? Do you want your sim to have a public chat that everyone can read, regardless of parcels? Global Chat is what you're looking for.

This TOS-compliant chat extender provides sim-wide chat for your sim, even through multiple parcels. Set up a public chat in your sim's shared areas while allowing private parcel owners to also join in if they want to.

Other extenders are limited to a single parcel or use outdated listening methods that add lag and cause problems like duplicated or dropped messages. We made GlobalChat for our sim in order to address these issues and have a system that simply works.

--- HOW DOES IT WORK? ---

Just rez the Global Chat Host in your sim and turn it on. Once it's set up, rez our (free) chat relays in any parcels that need a chat extender.
