Glowing Confetti on your basic Prim! Copy/Mod and looks really cool in the dark or in the day :) Set to Full Bright for great glowing effect ;D
Oh and the display picture above has a black background to the confetti to see the actual confetti, NO the black is not visible in world lol so rest assured if you put confetti on the floor it willlook like confetti not a black prim with confetti on it xD

Its a Prim, not a texture.
Its a prim that sits on the floor. No Scripts , no texture. I was hoping to make a poofer with it. :(
