Do not buy from this store - horrible customer service - does not respond when asking for help
I purchased an AO and several animation packs 2 weeks ago and spent a lot of money. The Walks in the AO are not working.
I have asked for help following direction by sending 2 message through the in world customer service avatar bot and then sending 3 notecards as per directions in the AO notecard to owner Kristyna Wikifoo. Per in-world group, she has been online today (8-20-2025) since I sent my NC on Aug 19, 2025.
I have also sent a message in the in world group chat and have not received one response to date.
HORRIBLE customer service
