This tree has gently falling leaves that disappear when they touch the ground. No separate leaf emitter - the falling leaves are scripted right into the prim. Still only 1 Prim!

The Bald Cypress was so named because it is a conifer that sheds its' needles in autumn. This tree has gently falling needles that disappear when they touch the ground. No separate leaf emitter - the falling leaves are scripted right into the prim. Still only 1 Prim!

The Bald Cypress trees are deciduous conifers which occur near damp soils or swamps. Because the wood of the Bald Cypress tree grows under such wet, stressful conditions, it is very resistant to water rot and has been called "wood eternal". Wood from fallen pre-historic trees is still found as far North as New England. It is a large tree, reaching 25–40 m (rarely to 44 m) tall and a trunk diameter of 2–3 m, rarely to 5 m.

This tree looks more realistic than many of the 3 or 4 prim trees on the market. It is all in the texture!
High quality texture with no alpha halo, set to natural light, not bright so it does not glow in the dark. Unless of course you want it to glow – it is modifiable so you can shrink or enlarge it to suit your needs. You can also copy it so you can set out an entire forest.

I started landscaping on a history sim where 1/3 of the prims are reserved for tall ships and texture lag can sink a ship. Conserving prims, using low prim items, allows for more role play props to be rezzed. And using high quality, quick loading low lag textures make for convincing detail. Cara Mia Gardens is dedicated to providing the best low prim, low lag landscaping on the grid. After all, a prim saved is a prim earned.

Come see this and many other trees, flowers, and crops in my in-world garden.
