Golf cart rezer

Firstly the motor system has one speed too fast. A golf cart needs not be a racer, and why would you want to fly? Second the thing unrezes the second you step off. So my guests are stuck wherever they get out. The lock doesn't lock anything because once vacant it's gone. I am really searching for someone who can make one of these that will be something my guests can use.
