Thank you for your interest in the windows of in the Bellevue series. I do hope that it will be helpful in your building projects.
The physics of both the windows are made in such way that you can use them as doors. Pls check in edit -> features -> physics shape type for correct settings.
2 variations have been created
1. arched window Li = 4.0 for total size of 3.134*0.864*5.500
2. "rectangular" window Li = 3.1 for total size of 3.395*0.936*5.000
Please mind that the pivot pivot point of this items are not at the border.
On wiki there are free scripts that can handle this, and for sure on MP there should be for sale.
[zED] APS Animated Prim system is a pretty good system which you can use to make a lot more then just a script for this.

no, sorry no relationship with me though the name might be misguiding.
Since the elements have to be used outdoor I optimized for a very strong LOD.
If you need help on how to handle UV and ambient occlusion maps and since I had quite a bit of demand for it, two youtube detailed tutorials have been made for your convenience.

"Open, closed and "exploded" ambient occlusion maps are included in every package. You can easily combine elements of both occlusion (shadowmaps) in 3rd party graphic programs.
Please note that you get 1024*1024 maps so that you can work with the best possible detail. To upload it is recommended to reduce the scale of the textures and test what gives the best result for you.
This item has a very strong LOD, LOD1-2 and 3 are all put on the maximum level since it's a element that will be used "outdoor". It is always recommended to set your viewers LOD level at 4.
It is better not to go beyond LOD4 level, first of all grids don't use it.
This mesh has been made to be used with UV maps. The UV's are made in such way that you have a minimum nuisance with seams and that you can exture them the traditional way.

The default image shown in the vendor is at full resolution. Please look carefully before you purchase. Since they are full perm they will not be taken back or changed to other textures... Textures packages will mostly be made in 1024*1024, 512*512 or 256*256 Pxs. If specific textures request other sizes due to their nature the ideal proportions will be given in “description”. The eventual use of alpha channels will be mentioned in the name of the texture.

High quality mesh with good LOD
The detail on the windows is truly amazing, especially with a good LOD and low prim.
I do have some caveats, though, on this high review.
It would be helpful if the maker included pieces with sides. I understand why he has them without- to keep a high LOD with low prim count, but buyers like me (and I assume most buyers are doing the same) who purchase mesh components are doing so to construct a building will have trouble integrating these pieces into other standard wall sections because of the shape and size of the pieces.

So I recommend this item highly, but be aware of the issues with integrating them into a build.
