Incredible customer service
Absolutely one of the best experiences I've ever had with customer service on SL, amazing and they were both (creator and csr) so kind, patient and professional (when the issue wasn't entirely their fault, it was the idiot that's writing this review, but if I don't see something with the name 'legacy' I rarely try it on as I assume it's just not going to fit, as most of the time in the past it hasn't)
Lovely Looloo went out of her way to not only explain my issue, but to even send me correctly labelled boots that fit me. I will be %100 returning as a customer because this kind of customer service these days IS VERY RARE, amazing amazing creator and her CSR Virko was so lovely. Thank you both so much.
