This build was modeled after a beautiful 19th Century Customs House in Leith, Edinburgh, Scotland.
Originally built for an RP sim, the building features:

-Large granite columns supporting a roomy balcony area overlooking the main floor.
-Large unfinished downstairs basement perfect for additional sales items or building out into offices or other RP related area's.

Nice building, but it is too colorful (purple) than I thought it would be. My bad.
