no copy - not as advertised

Disappointed with the permissions
The permissions advertised are copy, modify, no transfer.
I got a no copy, modify, transfer.
I am giving it a low score mostly for this reason. Like the other review it does cover portions of the face.
As for the price. If it had been advertised correctly, I would have been ok with it.
It's okay, but...
It's okay, but it interferes with hair, face, and lower arms. Much more fluffy that I thought it'd be. The texture looks good, so it's not a total loss, but I might have to giraffe neck it to wear it. For the price, it's worth it.
