Allen Designs GRAND DELUXE TREE HOUSE features high quality custom textures throughout the build as well as a low prim design while maintaining high levels of detail. The doors feature our “smooth swing” movement.
The Tree House includes our “Touch Start” Gas Lamps to light the home and lower deck area at night. “Touch Start” Ceiling Fans are also included in the two room areas. There is a swing in the yard below, simply sit and touch to start. When you get off the swing, "touch" it again and the swing will lower to the start position.
The Prims and textures are mod/copy however caution should be exercised should you unlink the main build as the prim count will nearly double. Visit the Store to see the Tree In-World!
