Theatre comes with two rez boxes with the two different seating options. I have also placed a copy/mod version of the cabaret seating in there so you can set it out as you want.
The stage curtain works and is set to Owner control at the moment, but you change that if you hold down your mouse over the curtain for a few seconds and you get a pop up menu. You can change permissions on the doors this way as well.
