Grasland ground terrain fits a 1024 sqm lot.
It is a 100% walkable mesh and textured.
Includes the textured mesh(as you can see in the pictures).
You get the full rights of the platform as long you use it in your creations.
The size is 32m x 32m and has 14 prims.
Sure you can scale it to have a larger terrain.........but keep in mind....when increase mesh it will consume more prims.(That is how meshes works always)

I wish I could add a better review but when the build you can see the edges, it's not smooth, plus the texture is not correct, and you can see the error in editing :(
