Grate with particle steam
An Industrial Grate with Steam. Use to show a grungier feel to your Urban or Grunge setting.
The mist creates great atmosphere for those dark alleys or the seedier areas of town. Decoration for many sims, from Victorian, to Steam Punk to Modern Grunge.
The grate is one prim, copy and modify so you can place as many as you wish.

Not modifiable
The grating itself is a textured square prim with a steam script inside. Frustratingly, however, it was not modifyable despite being listed as mod. So, unless the prim happens to be exactly the size you want for your build (fairly unlikely), then you are going to be out of luck. The steam itself is actually rather well done so you might be able to sink the whole thing into the floor if it is not the size you are after.
bought it for nothing because nomod.
says its modifiable but it's not. Not even in size and texture. lost 100l$.
