You don’t find “normal” houses in Tiny size?
That’s why I am going to rebuild some of my houses in Tiny size.
With all the items you find in houses in big size:
House Teleport
Window tinting systems
some decoration
and furniture
So here you can have a nice old, a bit grungy looking Houseboat. You can nicely place in the water in front of your property.
It comes semi furnished with this nice three leather chairs, this cute desk, the deckchairs and the colour changing umbrella.
All three chairs have cute sitting animations, so you can nicely sit and have a chat with your friends. Even whith your "big" friends.
You can darken the windows, to give you a bit of privacy.
The boat is copy and modify, but NOT transfer.
The size is ca. 10*20m and it has 119 prim, without the furniture..
The boat comes boxed with a notecard inside with the setup instruction.

Teleporters do not work
Teleporters that are supposed to take me upstairs send me to another region. What the heck? At least the boat is modifiable so I can put in ramps, but no one should have to do that just to make something work.
Oh, and don't forget to save your rez box, it's no copy.
