This is a Store I hand made that looks great and will do a great job if your looking for a low prim and great looking store to use for your shop / store.
The Store is 30m by 20m and 11 tall.
(30m from side to side, 20m from back wall to the front.)
The Store is just 35 Prims but is just 18 PE. (land impact)
The Steps is a sculpted prim. 1 PE.
The 2 doors is Automatic Sliding doors = 4 Prims. But just 1 PE ea. There is 1 prim (1 PE) under the doors that make the doors work. ;)
(Note the Automatic Sliding doors are not made by me. There made by Stylez Gomez.)
Store 18 PE + Steps 1 PE + 3 for the doors = 22 PE (land impact) for all.
Permissions: Edit and copy, No Transfer.
(((NOTE))) (Go in to edit mode before you rez your new store it is in 3 parts #1 the store, #2 the steps, #3 the doors. Sorry I did not think there was a need to put this in to a auto rez box.)
(If you make edits to the store do not link the steps or doors to the main store. The Sculpted Steps will make the land impact go up if linked and the doors will not work if there linked to the main part.)
(The prim under the doors is what makes the Automatic Sliding doors works click to hide it. That prim is needed for the doors to work. ;) to reshow it just re click it.)

Basic but very well made
I was looking for a basic two floor store for holiday events and this was perfect. I needed to adjust it to fit the plot which meant editing linked parts to resize. It is so well made which made this easy to do. Also it can be retextured easily. Thank you for the price and a very professional build.

but it looks a lot better on the picture..not worth the little 300 lindens to me..sorry.
