The sack is modifiable so you can add your own presents. Full Perm or Copy/Transfer items will keep giving, Transfer only or Mod/Trans items only once, and then it's gone to the recipient. Some people call that re-gifting, others recycling but the end result is the same - it cleans out your inventory of neat stuff you no longer use.

The first thing you will want to do when you receive the sack is touch and test it from the menu. The sack comes set to group; so you will want to change the setting to anyone if you want to give a gift to everyone. You can add your own gifts. Any gift you put in there must be Full Perm or Copy/Trans to keep giving.
