This home have a split level floor which gives the living room a large space and a beautiful view. Balcony surrounds the living room area and a second balcony for the upstairs room.
Outdoor, at the entrance white blooming flowers welcomes you next to a large terrace.

The Build comes with scripted fireplace and lights with an click ON/OFF menu switch.

The Build is COPY - MOD - NO TRANSFER.
Unlinking the build will increase the entire prim count. Please be careful with that.
