This Grid-wide pager is not limited to one parcel, or even one region. It covers all of the Agni grid, which is SL's main grid (the other SL grid is Aditi which is LL's beta grid).
Simply rez the pager. It is a simple post, unobtrusive yet noticeable. Anyone who "claims" the pager, that is, who touches it, will receive the pages requested by all who touch it thereafter (your customers).
When your customer pages the claimant, he or she will receive a message that the page was sent and the globe will light on and off. This reduces multiple pages from the same customer as if they were dinging a desk bell.
Realtors, for example, may rez them on parcels for sale or rent. An agent on duty might then claim each one and receive pages from customers visiting that parcel and who require more information.
This is a fantastic sales tool for any inworld location that does not have staff present on-site, or has multiple sites for too few agents.

The post itself is a simple yet extremely high quality mesh. It doesn't dissolve into a lump of triangles from a short distance away. It is intended to be seen.
