GBS Banning System

Gridwide Banning System or GBS was designed by Blaccard Burks as a way of banning avatars from multiple rental parcels across the SecondLife Grid. This is a useful tool for Landlords. It not a typical security system. Since Mainland Rentals lack the estate tools, this system will help Landlords ban an avatar by simply typing the avatar's name in chat when your Transmitter HUD is attached to your screen.

OVERVIEW:

The system has 3 components:

1: A Transmitter HUD ( 2 with Modify and Transfer permissions supplied)
2: Region Ban Server ( 1 with copy permissions supplied)
3: Parcel Receiver ( 1 with modify, copy, and transfer permissions supplied)

The Transmitter grabs the name you type in chat and sends the information to a list of region servers you have stored in the "settings" notecard of the HUD. The server in turn sends the information to the parcel receiver that you place on each parcel you want to have Ban control on.

Very disapointed, incorrect perms

I originally purchased this in order to take a look over how it works, with the hope of better understanding the scripting behind this to facilitate my own learning.
I was very disappointed to see that this was not infact full perms and infact most if not all of the scripts it included were no modify.

If you're looking for something which is indeed full perms or for something you would like to cater to your own needs or learn from, do not purchase this.
