Comes with two versions. On has an open door, the other comes with a scripted door that opens and closes.

The best Grillby's on the MP
I bought multiple copies of Grillby's from different creators, after finding that the first was entirely no-modify (I had been hoping the furniture was at least removable so I could put in games myself).
This one is entirely modifiable and doesn't use an awkward rezzing system. Everything is linked, but easy to unlink and remove if you want to throw in some different furniture to customize your hangout.
