Grim Scroll This is the Front Sign

I made this sign special for the people who use one of the house builder scripts to put thier houses in. You can modify it to be a box and change the other sides to black so that people will know which side is the front of the house.

Whether you see it as spooky or funny, it has style. This sign features the Grim Reaper holding a scroll that you can use on your land or club.

Each sign features a different saying. Most of these are unscripted and will say so when they do have scripts in them (and will be a little more $L)
