INTRODUCTION:
Big Brother/Sister/Cousin/Uncle Bob is watching you.

HOW DOES IT WORK:
When an avatar get with-in range the camera will watch them and when they go out of range. It goes to sleep.

NOTE:
This is not a real camera, it will not record footage or take screen shots or tell owners if they are in range. It is designed to only look towards the avatar.
