This grinding wheel, used to sharpen blades, has been inspired by a real life tool whose design hasn't changed over the centuries, thus it can fit ancient to medieval, northern to southern settings.
Whether as part of a blacksmith workshop or forge, or used on its own in a field camp or even a farmer's house, it's a tool that historically would have been necessary even in the smallest communities.
The wheel, when animating, rotates, with a grinding stone sound.
Also, when touched, it gives two different blades, a rusted version and an iron version, that can be worn in sequence, during animation, to simulate the progress of the sharpening work in roleplay.
Trident has been designing and creating medieval and ancient builds since 2007. The inspiration for our work comes from our passion for medieval reenactment and research of historic houses, ships, furniture and jewelry.
Trident builds are fully supported and continually updated to increase detail and reduce prim count making use of custom sculpts and texturing, and unique scripts and animations.

Neat
I love this, the animations are great and it looks really cool outside a blacksmith or themed building. I'd really love to see these at some other SIMs, they're just awesome.
