After spending a great deal of time on the MP searching out mammalian mounts for my own SL cabin I found that none of them met with my own personal standards. So we set about building the best mounts we possibly could. These are the end result and we decided to add them to part of our "Second Nature" Collection and make them available to all of you.
We think if you shop the Marketplace you will find nothing in the same class as our mounts and for sometimes hundreds more. As all of our customers have come to expect much more value for the lindens they spend and we think we've delivered and then some with our latest mounts.
All of these mounts are 100% 3D (aside form the included shadow prims) and ARE NOT flat 2 dimensional picture prims, so you can display them with pride in your home, cabin, lodge or business.
The prim count varies with each type because of the inclusion of the walnut mount plaque, however they were built in blender to take advantage of the fewest possible prims with the greatest level of detail. The result is a fine balance between the two. We could have shaved a couple more prims off by making more parts from a single prim but it would have resulted in less realism. However, our mounts are already lower by sometimes as many as 5-8 prims then any of the other 3D mounts.
Our mounts are left with MOD perms so you may scale, alter tinting or add or remove the shadow prim. Also, with COPY perms you may rez as many as you want without a risk of "losing them" in world.

It looks very beautiful! Great texture and very well sculpted. Looks almost real. The only negative thing is, it's a little too big and you can't resize it. If you're fine with it, it's worth 5 stars and all the money!
BEST ELK HEAD IN SL
I have a reBourne log home, which is awesome, but it's not easy to find proper furnishings for it in SL. I had a different elk head which was nice, but the creator put deer antlers on it. For those who know about game animals, something like that just doesn't thrill. I have a trout mount from Grizzly, and I love it. When I saw this on the marketplace, I had to have it, and it looks AWESOME in my log home. I loved it so much I bought the deer head mount also, and it is also the best deer head I've found.
