Most group giver scripts simply give objects to whatever group they are rezzed with, meaning it usually has to be the land group of your parcel. This one is a more sophisticated scanning system that allows you to set whatever group you want and deliver a gift to anyone wearing that tag. You just change some lines in the notecard and can change the item or group or hovertext to whatever you want, at any time.
Gifts are given when they touch your giver ( an object rezzed in-world.) The giver will give one object from its inventory, so if you want to give a folder full of stuff, put it into a box and give that.
You can have as many objects in the giver as you like, and just designate which object is the gift by changing the notecard at any time.

NOTE - there is only one knows circumstance where the group scanning system will fail and not deliver a gift. That is if the person is wearing invisible avatar (or no avatar at all) with ZERO attachments. This is very unlikely but possible.
