Very easy to use by menu!!!
The item gets the land group by itself when you rezz it. But owner can change this group to any writing the key group. So you can have several different group joiners at same parcel.
If owner touch the joiner, a menu ask for change the group to join (writing the new key group). If any other do it, the joiner give him/her the link to join.
You can modify the object, but it can take more than two prim if you do it depending on the size (or less prims if you make it smaller). You can even take the script and copy it in any objetc you have.
Only 2 prim.
