The Linden Scripting Language has very little support for group control. This product makes use of RLV commands to get round this limitation.
GroupChanger enables you to set automatic changes of your active group to any other group of which you are a member, on entry to specified regions. Pairs of data are given by the user on a notecard in the form: Region Name, Group Name. Thereafter, on entry to any of the listed regions, your active group & tag will automatically change to the appropriate group. If a group name is given as 'none', your active group will simply be deactivated, so no tag will be shown.
To install GroupChanger, you simply rez an attachable item such as a bracelet or necklace which has modify permission, and in Edit mode drag the notecard and script into its Contents. Changes can then be made to the notecard data while the object is worn by re-entering Edit mode.
