GrunArc Sewer Builder Kit - Brick Version 1.0

The GrunArc Sewer Builder Kit includes everything you need to create your own underground world. The kit features a cross section of 8m x 8m with a flat floor area that has plenty of room to maneuver in. The look is realistic and each pre-fab section is made to connect up easily with the others.

There are straight lengths of sewer in 10m and 20m. Also included are 4-way, 3-way, and corner intersections each with a scripted manhole cover. There is also a box section 10m in length with a side access door to allow connection to other underground builds of your own! The kit includes a plain end cap and rusted metal ladder too.

All items are copy and mod perms so the possibilities are endless. The top of each section has a top quality street texture which can create the roads for your urban build, or you can cover them over with your own textures or road base.

A mucky looking water base (non-animated) is in the center. You can add your own animation textures to the water prim if you want to see it move, or better yet set the sewer kit low and use SL ocean water for the coolest look.

Manhole covers and access doors feature easy to program scrips to limit access. Door programming notecard is included.
