Very tropical island home with wrap-around deck. Floors and beams made of old distressed wood rescued from a seaman's chapel. Thatched bamboo walls and roof round out the exterior, interior walls are smooth textured adobe.

Measures 30x30 meters in an L shape. Interior has one L shaped 20x20x10 great room. A separated 10x10 meter room is off the deck. Carved wood opening doors and windows open to the deck areas which each measure 10x20 meters and 10x10 meters respectively. Large deck area has linen shades. Makes for a cozy place to hang out!

Platform is 2 meters thick and deck stilts are tall so this is an ideal building for waters edge or sloped parcels. Doors are programmable and lockable, read note cards in them for instructions.
