Thank you for your interest in the FC-Grunge Warehouse Boxed Set.
The specs on this building are as follows...
Foot print is 60mx60 meters.
Prim count is 215 prim for everything but the Electrical box, the dumpster and the meathooks and crates. With all those things rezzed together the prim count would be 309 prim. You don't have to set out any of the crates or meathooks and other items if you don't want. Feel free to add them as you want. The build includes the following in the packaged box.
The Rezzer box that this boxed set comes with can be set down and touched. Then simply touch rezz and the building will rez into a position. Make sure you remember it is 60mx60m and will cover a relatively large area. You can move the complete rezzed building to any position you'd like by selecting the rezzer box and going into edit. Move the box to where you would like the building to follow and it will move there. Once you have your building into a position you want just touch it again. Then press freeze and you can pick up your rezzer box for later use.
The items included in the entire building are...
The concrete floor
Fencing,
Flickering warehouse lights,
The warehouse itself,
Outside Lamps,
The additional items you can place out are.
Two meat hooks with different poses (no mod, no copy)
Meat hook
Crates,
Electrical Box,
Dumpster.
And the blood stain for the floor.
also included is the...
FC-Old Rusted Light Fixtures.
Most of the objects are copy and modifiable. As with all builds your not going to be able to modify my scripts. And you won't be able to copy the two meathooks that have poses on them. The other meathook you can copy to your hearts content.
This warehouse will go great in any urban decayed setting, or haunted realm, or even a post appocolyptic area. Its great for providing a spot for role play or just a grungy hang out.
Use it for whatever you'd like. Make it into a club, or your house, or your meeting spot. Even could make it a store.
Thanks again for your interest in the FC-Grunge Warehouse boxed set.
