a 20x20 house, that sits on a 32x32 platform, with a 64x64 privacy sphere.
It's all one linkset, but it has copy/mod permissions so you can unlink some parts to save on space or prims if you'd like. You can unlink the sphere if it's too big for your parcel, as well as the platform if you want it on the ground or if that is also too big. You can also unlink the rug in the bedroom if you don't like it, to save another prim.
it's 22 prims total. Can be as little as 19 prims if everything but the house itself is unlinked.
You can also change the textures inside and outside of the sphere if you feel like it, it's moddable for a reason, go nuts. It doesn't have any scripts though, except for the two doors.
Made for a grunge, abandoned shack type of style.
