Very good quality but rezzed all unlinked pieces (no rezz box)
All good things to say about textures and structure. But there is a texture mistake right at entrance of stairs.
But rezzing this without a rezz box and move it is not ok to me for this prize.
You need to rezz it in edit mode and make sure you keep it in your hand to place it in the spto you want, if you miss click you can start all over again.
For that i give 3 stars, rezz box would give 5 stars.
