Thank you for your interest in Gunrunner's Depot Scrambler Light Attack Craft!
The Scrambler LAC was initially designed as a disposable robotic point-defense fighter, to provide close-in defense and limited attack capability to capital ships. As such, it needed to be nimble, well armed, and easy to manufacture, so the carrier's automated assemblers could construct them quickly as the need arose. The Scrambler fit the bill perfectly, and is still in use with many House navies.
It was found, however, that removal of the robotic 'pilot' and it's attendant hardware created just enough room in the Scrambler's hull to seat a single humanoid pilot. It was quite cramped and wasn't at all comfortable for any length of time, but it worked, and the resultant vehicle has become quite popular in the civilian sector as a ship's boat or personal transport. The twin missile launchers have been retained on this civilian version of the LAC, providing a modicum of firepower to this quick and well-handling craft.
Note that this is a 3rd-person flier, and only has limited control in mouselook.
