[HA] Tactical Flashlight (Boxed)

A simple, gesture-activated, compact tactical flashlight for use in any situation you may need to shed a little light on. When toggled on, the light will play a quiet clicking noise and turn on, with a top-priority bento hold animation to override most AOs, and a projected local light.
