Thank you for your interest in the Fallout Radio Set. This set include a HAM Radio and Transmitter Tower. The HAM Radio Land Impact is 3 while the Tower is 42. Total Land Impact is 45.
These are simply props but are copy and modifiable so that you may script them as you wish. I can and will update them with a proper chat relay over time and it will be a free update for anyone that has purchased this set.

well made but.......[always a but]
While it is modifiable, I would like the ability to unlink parts and make it custom to my arrangement. There's a lot of extra antennas on it that I would love to be able to remove, and be able to repaint the tower red/white depending on the sim I placed it, to be more fitting in case of the nearby airport. No actual negatives outside that, I really love the idea of it, just would prefer to be able to make those kinds of changes to make it more realistic in different environments. Since those are only tiny things I have opinions on, I feel it's still worth the full five stars because while I can't make many changes to it's antenna amount, there was a lot of time spent to make it look decent so that dedication alone earns the respect.
