HAVANNA offers textures with FULL PERMISSIONS for use only within Second Life*
As purchaser you have the right to use them within your personal and commercial projects.

It is NOT permitted to:
- Sell or distribute any of these textures, or where the derived product you are selling or distributing is a texture or a collection of textures. Do not sell or give away any of these textures (modified or not) as single textures or in a texture pack!

All Textures remain the ownership of HAVANNA, the Textures are licensed to you only (for use within Secondlife).

*It is permitted to use these textures within a paint app (such as photoshop, Gimp etc.) to adjust, add shading, manipulate and so on but the resulting textures (derivatives) are still subject to the above conditions.
