A large 40x50m 176 prim structure that can be used for multi purpose use. There are two entrances, one in front and one off the pool. A modern elevator provides transport between levels. The second level is a balcony and control room. Window controls are providing in the control room for five different areas. The windows are controllable for clear, tint, and private. The front and pool doors are automatic doors and can also be locked and users can be added. The control room door can also be locked.

This pod uses a res device for simple assembly. It is copy/mod/no transfer for loss prevention and care free modding.
