HBL Commercial Buildings, The Spacapade Condo

The Spacapade Condo is an advanced four unit condo with an Automated Rental System.

It uses 191 prims and has a 20 x 30 meter footprint. It is a vertical condo and consists of 4 condo units. It is serviced by a security elevator and floors 1 through 4 are locked out automatically when a unit is rented.

When rented, the Automated Rental System locks the elevator and exterior doors for that unit and programs them for the new renter . They can then add users and lock and unlock their doors or elevator control for their floor.

When the rental has expired, the Automated Rental System resets and unlocks the doors and elevator so the unit can be viewed by perspective renters.

Each unit has a large 20x20 main room, a separate bedroom, and a deck that wraps between the two rooms

It uses a auto res device for one click assembly. It is copy/mod so more then one unit can be used.

Each room has a wall switch for clear, tint, or privacy mode. This building uses custom textures throughout and is also modify so you can change them to your liking.

This condo features a large lobby area with dual locking auto-slider entrances and a separate rental office with a back door.

Feel free to test out the rental unit in this model, it is set to just 1 L for test purposes.
