Full Permission Products:

When you purchase or win a full permission creator item from Haven Creations, you get a license that give you permissions to use the product for your own content creations. The copyright belongs to Haven Creations.
All our full permissions items, are only allowed to be used for content creation in SL, and then sold with either only copy OR transfer permissions. NEVER both permissions.
That means:
- You must not sell or give away any of our products, only use them for your own content creation!
- You must not share any of our products - not with alts either!
- You must not texture templates and then sell, share or give away either.
- You must not use our products in any kit of your own!
- You must not re-touch, copy or modify our products and try sell them as your own creation!
- You must not sell or give away what you create from our products with full permission, always only copy OR transfer permissions!
- You must not upload any of our products in to any other virtual world or life!
All templates and textures are in TGA (TARGA) format, you are allowed to change the format into any you might need for your own use, as long as you follow the terms above.
Scripts, poses and animations has to be inside a finished build, and can never be sold on their own. Set permissions to either only copy OR transfer and NO modify before adding them to your build. IMPORTANT! Setting permissions on your finished build is not going to change the permissions on scripts, animations or what ever is added inside, which would still be full permissions, so make sure to set correct permissions before any use and check before selling.
Prims, Sculpts and mesh - make sure to link it with an object so you get listed as the creator.
That means that you are allowed to design and create clothes and builds from our products to sell or give away as finished designs and builds, never as stand alone and always only with limited permissions.
It is not allowed to resell any of our products in any form or in any way, no matter if they are transfer or not.
Please be aware that we don't give refunds, but should you have any questions or problems, send Selina Haven a note card within 24 hours after purchase. Name it Customer Service - Your name. Remember to copy-paste your transaction info into the note card, and write a short explanation in English, and I will do my best to help you.
You agree to the above terms as soon as you accept delivery of a product from us.
